So here we are in the Zombie apocalypse and your fancying a change that includes having some super yummy, crispy toast. Well, this is the recipe for you. I know what you’re thinking, “Where am I going to get bread in the Zombie apocalypse?” Well this is where you should have prepared yourself by buying a bread maker and stocking up on flour, yeast and bread improver. Come on people, my constant refrain is pre-planning. If you don’t want to be living off of scavenged food, stock up and make sure your cupboards are overflowing with deliciousness.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of completely yummy, freshly made bread for toasting
- 1 (10 0z / 300 gram) tin of Heinz British Baked Beans for Two
- 4 slices of processed cheese (has a 6 month sell by date so all good)
- 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce which will add a tangy taste to the dish
Directions
- Put the bread into your state of the art toaster and set it going
- Tip the beans into a saucepan and heat on a low / medium heat
- Get your toast and place it in the center of your dinner plate
- Pour over the baked beans and then place cheese slices on top
- Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce around the beans on toast
